Khajuraho

Overview

Located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Khajuraho is famous for its group of Hindu and Jain temples that are known for their erotic sculptures. The temples were built during the Chandela dynasty and are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is also known for its traditional dance forms and the Khajuraho Dance Festival that takes place every year.
